Lovely one bedroom condo near Siesta Key Beach

This bright and cozy condo is very clean and feels like home, with amenities needed to stay a night, week or a month.

The condo is located on the second floor. No elevator, so please be cautious of stairs. It has one bedroom with King bed and fully equipped bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa that was recently updated that can be converted into a single person sleeping bed or it can fit up to two children.

The spacious living room provides comfortable seating for watching TV or just relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for dining in. There is starter set of paper towels, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent for your convenience. There are enough of extra towels and bedding sheets to use if needed.

There is a washer and a dryer in the unit for guests to use.

The complex has a heated swimming pool, that is heated in the cooler months in the winter.

‼️You are renting this condo in Siena Park community. It is NOT a new complex and might show some wear and tare from the outside. They are working on slowly improving it but we don’t know the exact timing on their projects. So you might see some construction around the property.

There is a balcony for you to sit down and relax, drink your coffee, read a good book and listen to the sounds of the birds and swaying palms.

Our condo is the most perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

‼️You are renting this condo in Siena Park community. It is NOT a new complex and might show some wear and tare from the outside. They are working on slowly improving it but we don’t know the exact timing on their projects. Otherwise, all the pictures show the accuracy of the condo.

This condo is located just minutes from Siesta Key, Siesta & Lido beaches, St Armands & Sarasota Bayfront. 8 miles to the Benderson Park rowing facility. It is close to good restaurants and shopping. Only 1 hour from Tampa and 2 hours from Orlando. Sarasota is a wonderful city with so much to do. No matter what your taste is, there is something for everyone: beautiful beaches, fishing, boating, parks and nature trails, theaters, clubs, restaurants, shopping, and much more.

The condo was spacious and clean. Owners very responsive and the reservation and getting in and out of the condo went very well. The only reason I didn’t rate this stay a 5 is because the grounds and external appearance are very poorly maintained.

Nice clean place and great location.

This was a nice clean place with an updated kitchen. Outside doesn’t look like much, but didn’t affect our stay. Nice pool, but could use some umbrellas. Bed was okay, but pillows need replaced. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Check on Family

This is our second time staying at these condos. We stayed in a different unit last year. They’re reasonably priced and in a great location, only 5 minutes from my dad. We’ll definitely stay again.

Florida summer

Older condo complex. This unit has been nicely updated. Short drive to Siesta Key & beach. Across the street from Publix & several restaurants. Quiet complex, clean, with nice pool for relaxing (pool has no shade - we took the host-provided umbrella and used the ground screw up against the concrete...worked perfectly) in addition to the beach umbrella, host provided beach towels & chairs. Awesome memory foam mattress made for a comfortable night's sleep. There is also a small box fan to help with air circulation in the bedroom. The unit had more kitchen supplies than we needed, since we didn't do more than snack while inside. If guests want to cook, utensils & appliances were plentiful. LOTS of living room floor space. Very easy contact if we had questions. Great space for visiting the Sarasota area

The host strategically thought of every possible need for their guests as this place lacked absolute nothing. The unit was very clean, spacious, quiet, and fully stocked. I highly recommend and will be returning in the near future.

I want to say that I really enjoyed my stay here when I saw the outside of building I was saddened but the condo inside was great and the owner was great trouble with door lock and she always was available by phone and she always called back to be sure we were successful 😊

This condo was not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and worked very well for us.

Our only issue was the hot water, it was very inconsistent. It may need to be serviced or replaced. More kitchen utensils would also be helpful. The bathroom vent has mold on it - otherwise, the condo was very clean.

It was not as advertised, not a good stay

We got this place for our honeymoon. About a half hour before we got there, I got a message that roofers were working and there may be some noise. The place overall was very clean inside, but the outside was messy due to the roof work, nails and debris everywhere. The couch was a futon, not comfortable at all. The bed was thin and uncomfortable. There was nothing on TV but Netflix and Hulu. The roofers left for the day but was back at 7am. After notifying the owner, they said they couldn't give any reimbursement "due to policy", we were hoping to find another place to stay but we're already out the money so we stayed. Left a day early just to get back home. Not an enjoyable stay.
