Luxury HEATED Salt-Water Pool Oasis Close to Beaches and Downtown!!

Completely updated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home that has been beautifully renovated and furnished in a modern coastal design. There is plenty of seating on the huge, comfortable sectional in the living room allowing you to lounge, watch tv, or play some board games. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and huge walk in closet that can double up as a workspace if needed. Upstairs you will find the additional 2 bedrooms that are furnished with full over full bunk beds and brand new, super comfortable memory foam mattresses.

The outdoor area is beautifully lit with ambient patio lights and has comfortable RH sofa and chairs, patio table, pool loungers, and a Weber grill. The pool is heated during the “cooler” months so you can enjoy it year round! Right outside the screened in area you will find the home sits on a peaceful and serene lake, allowing for privacy and views outside the dining room where you can also sit by the propane fire pit with your toes in the sand. Back inside the home, the kitchen has all of your cooking essentials, utensils, dishes and updated appliances. The laundry room is also available for your use. You’ll never want to leave the home! But just in case you do, there are plenty of eating options within a 10 minute drive and Lido Key beach only 20 minutes away.

Get Away with Friends and Family!

The home was clean and beautiful! The little touches like having hand&dish soap, dish&laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash…went a long way! Irina was very responsive and it was such a pleasure to stay in her home! The location was unbeatable…close to everything and 8 min from the airport! Thank you Irina!

Lovely house in nice neighborhood

Large, comfortable home with easy access to major highways, Bradenton airport, restaurants, IMG academy, beaches. We really enjoyed the proximity of those things listed above to make our weekend stay relaxing and easy. The house is very clean and comfortable. It was too cool to swim but we enjoyed spending time in the backyard relaxing and working from the house. The owners were easy to contact and granted us a late checkout as we had an evening flight home. Highly recommend.

Friends and family beach vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here during our week long vacation! The house was beautiful and clean! Plenty of space for our entire family and friends, our little girls enjoyed swimming in the pool all week long and that couch is probably the best couch we ever sat on for lounging around to watch movies together. We made some wonderful memories at that house and already miss it. Thank you for having us and for the experience

Great Property with beautiful pool.

We had a great stay. Home was spacious and clean. Very nice new appliances. Comfortable bed and nice shower. The pool was the highlight! Owner was very easy to contact and responsive to our questions. Would stay here again!

Amazing home with wonderful amenities!

We had a fantastic stay at the #yellowdooroasis! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Check was a breeze and the house was very clean when we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. The chefs kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We spent most our time enjoying the pool and enclosed patio. The pool was heated just perfectly and we enjoyed watching the lizards on the other side of the screen. The property has a beautiful lake behind it with giant swimming turtles! The kids loved watching them swim. We enjoyed being close to the airport when we arrived (no airport noise!) and loved visiting the Ringling Museum which was just 5 minutes away. Close to many beaches as well. Most of all the beds were amazingly comfortable and we left this property well rested and relaxed! We hope to visit again in the future and would definitely book this property!

Where do I begin?

Well, there were so many issues that I’m not sure where to begin. The first night I got no sleep, because there was this terrible vibration and noise coming from somewhere but it was filling the master bedroom and sounded like it was coming from the attic. It turned out to be the pool pump that was going bad on the opposite side of the wall that the master bed was on. It was incredibly loud and kept me up all night. Couldn’t use the pool at all during my stay. The master bedroom had a comforter set that belongs in a dorm room which didn’t help my sleep situation. So, I went to Walmart and spent $160 on a new comforter set along with pillowcases and everything, kind of thinking that the homeowner would maybe buy them from me because I didn’t really have any way to get them back home in Maryland. But, she was not interested in purchasing it, so I told her to just give it to the cleaning crew. The heat never did seem to work, which wasn’t really a problem until the third night, when the temperature inside of this house dropped to less than 55°, and I was unable to get the heat to turn on, so I ended up sleeping in jeans with a hoodie covered up with the new comforter that I had just bought. So, not only did I have to be there to meet with the pool guy twice to get the pool pump swapped out, but now I also had to be there to meet with the HVAC guy so that he could get the heat working. Apparently the issue with the heat was the humidity controller that is right above the thermostat. They had a note saying that it needed to stay between two numbers like 40 and 60, but apparently when the heat is running you need to have it turned all the way up to on, but of course that was not part of the note that they had on the wall. Then, on the fourth night, I went to use the grill to cook some pork chops, but I could not do that because the hose that went from the gas tank to the grill had a giant gaping hole in it. Luckily I heard the gas flowing out of it and did not try to light the grill with all of that gas pouring out below the grill, because I probably would’ve blown myself up and been dead. This was an absolutely awful stay, and what the homeowner did to try to rectify the issue was sent me a $50 Starbucks gift card. I was not interested in a Starbucks gift card, but would have been more interested in getting a refund for at least half of the money that I spent to stay here because at least half of the stay was ruined.

Lovely home with a pool and a lake!

We had a great stay at this home. It was very well maintained and perfect for hosting a group of six. The pool and patio area were a great place to relax and unwind. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Serves it purpose

House was okay. The key code didn’t work so check in was not seamless. They did approve early check-in though which is nice. The internet didn’t work and we had to fix ourselves hence why the key code didn’t work. Master shower drips water so everyone has to shower upstairs and share-that was very inconvenient. Master toilet also runs, so you have to jiggle the handle every time you use it so you don’t listen to the toilet run for each flush. Barely any bath towels-maybe two downstairs and 4 upstairs. Plenty of pool towels by the door though. Beds didn’t have comforters-only bed leaflets so it wasn’t comfortable sleeping. Pool was not heated even though I sent a message weeks in advance to request the pool to be heated since they advertise as such. That was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Needless to say, we used the pool for about 5 mins with my toddler cause it was ICE COLD. By the time the owner got back to me about the pool, we were already checking out. A week after we checked out, I received an email the owner did a damage claim stating we damaged the pool that was BARELY used. Allegedly, her pool vendors claimed we damaged the pool screen for $500. Luckily we paid the upfront $75 insurance and it was covered. Overall, I called the owner to discuss then alluded to the fact her pool vendors are unethical for ruining her pool and claiming we damaged it or the owner is actually unethical and uses insurance to fix her damaged property when renters leave. Either or-we never touched the bottom of the pool and they opened a damage claim on the $75 we paid. Location is decent. 7 mins from Publix and target. 20min to the beach. Wouldn’t recommend for large groups.

Unforgettable stay

The house is perfect for a group of people, quite area, close to amazing beaches. We loved the pool and the big space in the living room with comfy couch. Also very clean! We will surely be back! Good to know: 2 bedrooms with bunk-beds and 1 bedroom with king size-bed. All rooms are big with huge walking closets. Thank you Irina.
