The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your cooking and entertaining. Family and friends will feel at home relaxing in one of two comfortable living rooms as you prepare a meal.

The master King bedroom has access to the pool through the sliding glass door. An additional King Bedroom, Queen bedroom,and a bonus room bunk room with double over queen beds and a full sized futon ensure everyone sleeps comfortably. Crisp sheets and plush towels are provided by our professional linen service.

Highlighted by a sparkling pool and spa, the tropical oasis backyard is one of a kind, with patio umbrellas to shade you as you relax in the various pool loungers. Patio dining for six, garden patio living room set and a gas grill add to the outdoor ambience.

When it's beach time, the sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico is four blocks away. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and towels are provided. Be sure to make time for one of our amazing sunsets on the beach and take advantage of the outdoor shower to rinse away the sand when you return home.

Our home is centrally located in Holmes Beach and with the free trolley that runs the length of the island, you can easily explore everything from the shops and dining of the North End to Historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach.

Pets are not allowed in this home.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is six.

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
