Privacy abounds with fully fenced oversized backyard, great for lazy days by the completly private Southern exposure pool to enjoy our incredibly sunny Sarasota days and stunning sunsets no matter what month you come here for your vacation! All bedrooms have a remote-controlled lit fan and share one full shabby chic bathroom. Open living room space that flows into the dining room offers a large 70" tv, great for movies and games. Large circular dining room table is outfitted for up to six people and overlooks the grounds and pool area. In the garage area, you'll find a full sized side by sise washer and dryer and hanging rack, as well as a half bath with access to the backyard. But dont worry, there is a remote controlled AC unit in the garage so you can staty cool while doing laundry or other activities (a great space to workout if you brought portable equipment of your own!). Even if the main bathroom is occupied, you can still shower outside since it can be fully closed off for complete privacy and discretion! Between having zero carpeting inside and the amazing fenced backyard, the home and lot is ideal for family gatherings. Complete with gas grill, large outdoor dining table for 6, cornhole and pool floaties; ven drink floats for something refreshing. The home will be best suited for four (max 6) guests for highest comfort. 1200 mbps for speedy internet to accommodate all guests. Wi-Fi printer in the home too in case you need to print anything. It’s wireless and can connect to your phone as well for your convenience.
