Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space. You will love the tropical vibes throughout the house, comfortable beds, vibrant atmosphere & the serenity of this home. The house is nested in a beautiful, clean, quiet neighborhood where you will be surrounded by nature, birds & friendly neighbors.
Cool off in the pool, go for a walk to the LEGACY TRAIL where you can bike, run, skate ( safe for all ages ) or drive out to Siesta Key beach just 10 mins away/7 mile drive. A little further north: Ellenton Outlets, Clearwater Beach, Tampa & St. Petersburg; St. Pete's Beach, Orlando; activities are truly endless!
There is so much to do & explore you won't want to leave! Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise! Then of course you must enjoy our Sarasota Sunset sipping & sitting by the pool with a glass of your favorite beverage while cooking on our stainless steel grill . You will likely spot cranes, hawks, and different duck species in the lake. Enjoy your dinner outside with your family & kids overlooking the lake with beautiful palm trees swaying. After an adventurous day, get cozy on our large luxurious velvet sectional couch & watch some Netflix on the huge 75" TV w/ Firestick. Master Bedroom and one other bedroom are equipped with a TV and FIrestick. Showers are stocked with fresh white towels. You will feel like you're in a tropical paradise!
Guest access to Community Pool: ( keyless key fob for the gate will be given and cannot be lost ~ charges will apply if lost)$50.00 replacement fob
You will have full access to the HEATED YEAR ROUND COMMUNITY pool w/ lounge chairs and tables for you to bring lunch/snacks. You can walk or drive it’s only a short block away from the house. Please enjoy at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.

This is a residential neighborhood which have quiet hours from 10 pm- 6 am
