The main living area is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating and an easy flow into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for families or groups. The kitchen features ample counter space, and everything needed for home-cooked meals, morning coffee, or entertaining after a day in the sun. The highlight of the home- Step outside to your private screened-in pool area—your own tropical oasis with a sparking pool and plenty of space to swim and relax in addition to the covered patio for lounging or dining and fully fenced backyard for added privacy. Whether you’re enjoying morning or afternoon swims, or evening cocktails, this space is made for vacation living.

The Beachway Plaza is just a 3-minute drive (0.7 miles away) and offers a Publix grocery store and restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Bradenton River and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay, as a well-maintained Florida property. You may notice minor cosmetic wear or natural outdoor weathering (common in humid environments), which does not affect cleanliness or comfort. If anything needs attention during your stay, just let us know- we're happy to help.



The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area.
