Waterfront. 2/2 enskilt hus på hörnet vid vattnet med "mil bred" utsikt över floden Manatee. Fastigheten har också en djupvattenskanal på ena sidan med båtbryggning tillgänglig. Hemmet har nyligen uppdaterats, nyinredda och ligger nära allt. Njut av floden med vår utomhus eldstad och kastar en rulle medan du njuter av solnedgången.

If you are just staying here, not looking to have an event, You can ignore my review.it's beautiful and we did see dolphins during our ceremony. Now I'll share my experience.Whoever was messaging on the VRBO would not respond unless i triple texted. Didn't respond for months also my wife messaged her too and she didn't respond ever. She only eventually responded to me a few weeks out from the event at their home since I payed for it. On the VRBO it said weddings allowed with guest up to 20 then above with a pre-approval & fee. Of course the lady on messaging VRBO didn't get back until it was much too late to cancel my wedding.Homeowner called me, he was a great guy, but said that parties up to 20 weren't even allowed!! He said that weddings weren't permitted either?Then they decided to charge me an additional 500 dollars? Mind you on the VRBO listing it says you can.Of course my bride didn't know but it surely stressed me out because there was a large chance we would have to be kicked out he told me!!!! ON MY WEDDING. 20 minutes before the ceremony. If you've planned a wedding before you know the endless toil that goes into it. It would've absolutely destroyed my bride.But thank my Lord for protecting my wedding. But if you don't have Jesus to protect you, I do not recommend having an event or wedding here because you will be billed greatly & most likely kicked out. Thanks to the homeowner for letting me continue, and for being a great guy.Jesus has you always.

I had no issues with the host. She was very nice once we connected.As for the property if you look it up you will see it was for sale 5 years ago before being taken off the market. Not that this matters but the pictures they used for the potential sale 5 years ago are the same pictures they are currently using to advertise the rental today. It is in MUCH different condition. The master bed mattress lays on the floor with some sort of frame around it and the mattress is disgustingly stained! Pictures included in this review. The master shower had multiple travel size soaps left in it and there was hair on the shelf in shower. Master bath had an empty bottle of hand soap & toilet seat kept falling off. Closet has multiple pillows just thrown on the floor. The living room couch is extremely disgusting. Multiple stains on it! Also including pix in this review. I laid a blanket over the entire couch before I would let my grandbaby near it. There was an instant awful odor as soon as we arrived and walked in the door. We immediately went to store for air fresheners. As for the kitchen no dish soap but it is supplied with pans plates & cups. It clearly was once a beautiful home but currently needs a lot of TLC. If all you care about is the view it is spectacular! I for one would never rent again.

The location and convenience of the property were great for us. We were traveling into town for a gymnastics competition for our daughter a chose this location over the previous one due to the proximity to the event center. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and our small 10 lb dog.

Loved our stay here. House was very clean and the location is perfect. Walking up to the sunrise and ending our day with a fire in fire pit were probably my favorite parts. A relaxing stay in a lovely waterfront home. Having a Host that’s very responsive with clear communication put my mind at ease with this rental. We plan to rent here again when at all possible!

5/5 A Perfect Peaceful Getaway!Our stay at this home on the water in Ellenton was absolutely wonderful. The setting is serene and peaceful the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved waking up to the tranquil water views and enjoying quiet evenings in the backyard. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was just right. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

We travel quite a bit and this house is one of our new favorites! We homeschool and try to have eco trips at least once a week. In this house it was everyday! We caught fish and Blue Crabs right off the sea wall. You'll watch the sun rise and set over the Manatee River! Dolphins too. House was clean and easy to find. Convenient to parks and beaches. Places to eat are near as well. We would love to stay again!

Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.

An amazing stay

Me and my fiancé enjoyed every minute of the house the pictures don’t do enough the quiet neighborhood the great location it was better than expected and the host was great with everything
