Seashell är 3 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet som är upprättad som en enda familjebostad. Den har trägolv, en king size-säng i sovrummet, en queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet samt två enkelsängar i det tredje sovrummet. Sovrummet med eget badrum har dusch, badkar, granitfönhetens topp med dubbla handfat. Varje sovrum har egen plattskärms-TV.

Vardagsrummet har ett öppet golvkoncept med en frukostbar. Köket medför granitbänkskivor som har ett komplett utbud av rostfria vitvaror. Det fullt utrustade köket innehåller alla dina hushållsartiklar som gör att du känner att du är hemma.

Från vardagsrummet har du tillgång till främre och bakre veranda. Skäm bort den stora plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet som erbjuder sportpaket och alla lokala kanaler. Koppla av, eftersom det naturliga ljuset kommer att belysa hela bostadsutrymmet. Om du är värd för gästerna, sitter matbordet upp till 8 personer.

Verandaen vetter söderut mot Pine Avenue. Den bakre verandaen vetter mot norr med utsikt över den privata inhägnade poolen. Utemöbler och en kolgrill slutför den privata poolen oasen. Beachvagn och strandartiklar är också tillgängliga. En tilldelad parkering. Busshållplatsen på den fria önvagnen ligger precis framför huset. På denna plats kan du helt glömma din bil!

We loved this place! Very clean, perfect location quick response from property manager/owner about a clogged sink! Beds could have been a smidge comfier but overall we were so happy here, We would 100% stay here again!

Lots of steps

The apartment itself was nice. Finding it however, took some time. There’s only one designated parking spot and it’s in front of a restaurant. We had to ask people to move their cars or golf carts from the spot every single time we came back to the house. We found parking for the other cars across the street but we had to wait for people to leave and stand in the spot! Super inconvenient.Also the entrance is down an alley by the restaurants smelly dumpsters!!! Then moving in means you have to drag coolers, suitcases and groceries up 17 steps on the staircase.The house has a great location once you get passed all of that.

Condo was not available

Sadly due to working on the flooring - we found out on Thursday - 2 days before our arrival that we would have to move to another location on the island . The only way I found out was by making a phone Call to the management company to ask a question about the condo! The management said oh yes we have to move you due to and issue that caused the owner to need additional time with the flooring . We were moved to a home three streets away. The management company and owner did offer to give us another day and change our vacation. That wasn’t an option due to our airline and car rental. Plus we were celebrating our retirement . The management company did provide a gift basket and decided not to charge us for the difference in price between the condo and the house that was further from The beach. I had traveled to Anna Maria several times and new PINE Ave well. We were disappointed But our new house was acceptable.

Amazing Location

Pros: two streets from the beach, private pool, nice backyard, spacious condo, clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rental company was helpful in answering questions when needed. Cons: parking space is super tight with those wooden posts and you have to use the chain to make sure no one takes the spot that is reserved for Seashell guests. We have a Mercedes SUV, (just for comparison for future guests.) Anything bigger probably wouldn’t fit. The donut shop below is a little noisy early in the am, if you’re a light sleeper it may bother you. The internet was in and out all week and a lot of the cable channels didn’t work. Just basic cable in main living room.

Clean, no car necessary!

The place itself was very clean inside and stocked with bath and beach towels. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily. Of note, the walkway to the property is lined with dumpsters from nearby restaurants, so there was an odor when sitting outside on the porches. We also saw rats along the fence going to and from dumpsters, but none close to the house or inside! Bring bug spray for early mornings and evenings! The main TV only worked for basic cable. We watched from Netflix in the bedroom. The beach chairs are rusted and non-functional, but we were in the water most of the time anyways.

Wondeful Location!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The pool was a hit and a nice break from the beach. A major perk is the donut and coffee shop below and the restaurant below. Super convenient for breakfast and meals. It can be a bit loud with the coffee shop door opening and closing in the mornings of you sleep in the front bedroom but we did not mind. It didnt wake the kids up...i am just a light sleeper. Great size apartment/condo for 4 adults and 2 kids! Would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely awesome in every way, location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and cuteness, very beachy! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, just perfect for a group of girls getting ready for a wedding. The master bath, back deck, and pool were great for photo's. Just 1-1.5 blocks from the beach access, within walking distance(and I am 70!) of shops, restaurants, and immediately over a great donut/coffee shop! Front and back balconies with a lovely pool and lounge chairs. There was even a wagon to cart your beach stuff! Couldn't have imagined my first trip to Anna Maria Island being any better!!

Pool is not cleaned enough!

While the rental team will say it’s clean every week, the point is, the pool needs cleaning every 2/3 days, because of the way it was installed and landscaping, the children would not use it until it was cleaned, 5 days no pool

Nice stay

We did enjoy our stay and absolutely love the location. That being said, the house could really use updates to the doors, furniture, and accents. No salt and pepper or any cooking supplies which is different from prior places we have stayed. Several doors do not did not function well and everything just seemed very worn. We don't expect much but were disappointed by this. The pool was very dirty and was for half of our stay until the pool person came. Not a big deal, we had so much fun but for the price would probably pick a different property next time.

Great vacation spot

Great vacation spot! Location was wonderful and walking to the beach was easy and close. The house came with lots of beach gear and a wagon for us to use, which was so nice. The salt water pool was perfect too! We loved our stay and would happily book again.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It’s a great location, near all the shops and just a very short walk to the beach. We’re early risers, so the little noise we did hear from the donut shop wasn’t a problem at all. Would rent this place again!

Great stay!

Great stay for our honeymoon!! Great location for all the restaraunts and a super short 1 minute walk to beach. Wish we didnt rent a car since everything so close and free transportation on the island we will definitely be renting again!

Below average but in a nice location

This property has a very responsive mgmt co and is in a great spot to walk everywhere. However, here is what I wish I realized/knew about the property... *It's above The Donut Experiment which opens at 6am everyday!! If you don't like sleeping past 6:30am on vacation (or if you're a deep sleeper) you won't have a problem! The house is just kind of sad. The furniture is old, the decor is blah, the few bath towels are worse than cheap gym towels, the beds/pillows are beyond uncomfortable.... everything is a step below average and needs to be refreshed! The house didn't have a toaster (not the end of the world.. just odd), front door never shut which isn't ideal with a toddler and unlike other rentals this place wasn't well appointed. We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was by far the least impressive. Not horrible... just very blah.... and I was expecting something else from the pictures online.
