As soon as you walk-in, you’re met with gorgeous views of the tropical backyard. You’ll love the warm, homey vibe of the living room with a seating area and large tv and it seamlessly opens to the home’s dining room. The modern kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, built-in oven, range and microwave, a walk-in pantry and a family style breakfast bar. Plus, there is dedicated office space for remote workers and students.

Prepare to be transported to an opulent retreat. The primary bedroom has luxe furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a great walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has stunning touches throughout, including a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are appointed with soft linens and storage space, and the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is a hall bath and a laundry room to provide convenience.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please see our Tropical Sands Accommodations Rental Policies for full details.

3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Tropical Sands Accommodations enforces a total occupancy limit of 8 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
