This Fully furnished 1650 Sq Ft. House has two Exquisite Master Suites, each with attached baths. One Suite with a Queen Size Queen Ann bed and a Tempur-Pedic mattress, fine furnishings and a Massage chair, the other Master Suite is extra large with a King Size Tempur-Pedic Mattress, L-shape Desk. The extra large living room can be used as the third bedroom with a twin comfortable bed. Every room has a TV that is connected to internet with Roku and swivels in all directions. Large closets with organizers, breakfast Nook and dining area, Washer and Dryer with detergents. Garden Patios with table and chairs, Fully Equipped Kitchen, including, Keurig single cup & regular Drip coffee maker, Pot & Pans, Dishes, utensils and Glasses and more. Immaculate & sanitized cleaning.
This delightfully Large charming Guest house is not only exceptionally private, as it is secluded far from neighbors and street, it is situated among the best rare essential attributes that nature can muster for the ultimate healthy living- referred to as a Shangri-la … Seemingly a fast-recharging ambiance for discriminating Executives and others. For longer-term stays, we are delighted to provide a comprehensive biweekly housekeeping service- a thoughtful perk that goes beyond the standard final cleaning typically offered. This service is designed to enhance your comfort and convenience, provided at exceptional value. However, VRBO’s system only allows for a single final cleaning fee to be included at the time of your booking, making it impossible to factor biweekly cleaning fees into the initial quote for extended stays. Consequently, these charges will not appear in your booking price.
However, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate payment request via VRBO, sent to the email associated with your booking:
-For stays under two weeks: the cleaning fee is $165.
-For stays longer than two weeks, the housekeeping charge is $165 for every two weeks, with the last two-week period calculated as a full two weeks if it stays exceeds one week.
Housekeeping Service includes:
- Laundering sheets and towels and setting up the bed with fresh linens.
- Cleaning the bathrooms, including the toilet, sink, shower, Tub, mirrors, and countertops.
