“Our stay was a short one while we were visiting our daughter who lives less than a mile away. We spent most of our time at our daughter’s house and really only slept at this property. It was very clean and well-stocked in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a number of great eateries and small shops. ”

“This is a lovely cottage in the heart of a residential area. Close to Santana Row. Clean, neat, and a well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and quiet. The hosts are kind and communication is quick and easy. The shower was a bit of a challenge and some comedic relief to the event (I turned the wrong knob and gave the entire room a shower). Back in when you park for easier departure, there are cars parked on the street that make it a bit difficult to see when you’re backing out. The owners are...

“We did not have pets or children. It was spacious for our family of 5 adults with the convenience of 2 bathrooms. It had the basics in the kitchen. A parking that came with the property. We enjoyed our stay, and communication with the property management was great, swift, and easy. Would love to stay again in the future. Mahalo for your hospitality ”

“Our stay was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with host was great. We spent the first day in Monterey Bay whale watching, then checked into the house and went to Roaring Camp the next day, and spent a day in Santa Cruz. great trip.”

“Quiet, comfortable beds. The table lamps in the master bedroom did not seem to work. There was no tin foil, food storage in the unit. There is only a toaster oven, and some of the kitchen cabinet doors were broken. The sliding glass door outside of the master bedroom had no screen, which was odd as it appeared functional. “Only window to open is bathroom as permanent fan system occupies main window, so very little fresh air. Kitchenette is not actually stocked to make coffee or tea, despite machines. No fan in the bathroom. Obvious moisture and or smell issue, many fans and baking soda absorbtion things around. Tv is only google tv, so was very limited. Great support and contact with owners and staff. Great location but after work hours all street parking left me 2 blocks away. Decent small convenient market and...
