Charming Condo Orchidea

This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is a true gem. With its modern amenities, beautiful views, and unbeatable location, it's the perfect place to call home during your time in Playas del Coco. Soak in the beautiful shared pool, or take a short 5 minute walk to the beach, shops or restaurants.

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

Guests can access the shared pool area and the common laundry. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying.

One of the highlights of the first floor is the first full bath, which is conveniently accesible by guests right off of the living room area, and adds an extra level of privacy. Another great feature of this condo is the fact that it faces the pool and garden area, giving you a beautiful view and a sense of tranquility.

Heading up to the second floor, you'll find two newly renovated bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is a true oasis, with a comfortable queen bed, plenty of storage space, and a balcony that faces the pool. Imagine waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the view. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with two twin beds and a bright, airy feel.

Throughout the condo, you'll appreciate the attention to detail that went into the renovation. From the beautiful tile work in the bathrooms to the stylish light fixtures and decor, everything has been chosen with care to create a space that is both functional and beautiful.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Such a Beautiful and Nice Condo

This condo has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. Furnishings were very comfortable. The condo was so bright and inviting! We were with other family members who had rented a condo just 2 buildings down in the same complex. Its an all around enjoyable stay.
