The space

Las Brisas is located steps to Playa Hermosa beach. Gated Complex with 24 hour security.

This Luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is newly painted with new stainless steel appliances and patio furniture and grill.

Open concept Livingroom & kitchen leading to the large balcony overlooking the pool and views of the ocean.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, new stainless steel large fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave and beautiful large island great for cooking and entertaining.

Comfortable Livingroom with smart tv and high speed internet.

Main bedroom with king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and large private ensuite bathroom.

The pool is shared with only 4 other condos. Pool / beach towels and pool floaties available for your enjoyment.

Las Brisas guests also have access to the Hotel Condovac Resort next door. Enjoy the infinity pools, restaurants and bars, gym, nightclub, private beach chairs and umbrellas. A great place to enjoy the amazing sunsets. 3 guests are free and each additional guest is $25 per person per day.

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. The condo was clean and felt safe and we really valued the proximity to the beach.

We really liked the location! We were overlooking the pool which was warm and beautiful. Huge outdoor deck with table and comfy seating (there was also a grill, but we didn't use it). It was a very short walk to the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket was a couple minutes away via car (there was a closer one but we didn't go to that one). The kitchen was large and fully stocked, i think we were the first people to use the oven/stove and toaster. Only thing missing was a can opener. There was also a washer/dryer in a separate room off the kitchen which was great! also had access to resort next door. we ate breakfast there, but were busy the rest of the time and that was our only visit there was an issue with the code to get into the condo, but the property manager was friendly and easy to work with and responded right away. He also met us there when we arrived at 9 PM due to flight delay and traffic since we flew into San Jose airport (only flight available) which was 4-hours away would definitely recommend this property!
