To call this place fantastic is an understatement. We were a group of 7 adults and the layout gave everyone there own space while the communal core of the house was great for all hanging out. Not obvious from the pictures is each of the two upstairs rooms has its own staircase on opposite ends of the house. It's a few minutes walk down to the beach and 10 minute drive in to town. We had people coming/going to the airport at different times and that's less than 45 minutes away so it kept logistics simple.Kitchen was stocked with the basics for meal prep, though the stove lacks an exhaust hood so keep that in mind. The daily cleaning was a nice extra.Easily one of the best places in this price class that we've stayed at.

This villa was absolute perfection. Very short walk to the beach and activities. We scheduled a snorkeling tour and zip lining, which were super fun. The house management, housekeeping and night security team members were friendly and helpful. They made our stay the perfect family holiday.

This Villa is absolutely amazing! Beautiful views spacious and a quick 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach and Father Roosters restaurant! It’s so so peaceful sitting outside by the pool listening to the birds and the Howler Monkeys. We rented a golf cart for the week to take into town. It’s a 10-20 minute ride on the golf cart. The area is very safe and the people are so friendly. The Villa is gated but never felt unsafe! The cleaning lady ( Demarie I’m sure I spelt that incorrectly) did an amazing job. She came everyday to make beds do a quick clean of bathrooms replenish towels if needed and scrubbed floors. She was the sweetest! I would highly recommend this villa. The Host was very responsive answered any questions that I had. I would definitely rent this Villa again!

Perfect Location for Family Vacation

This villa was perfect for our 9 member family vacation. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool. The view was outstanding. You need a rental car. Went to three beaches Ocotal, Coco, and Hermosa. There are many restaurants in the area. We did a combination of cooking and restaurants for our group.

Vacation in Paradise

Villa Alicia is one of the most exquisite rentals I have ever stayed at. The property grounds were gorgeous, the house was spotless, and the property manager, Ilse, made us feel very welcome. Book Villa Alicia! We had an incredible stay with our family! The villa and views are amazing. One of the best kept and cleanest properties we’ve rented and in a quiet area. From the first message to Ilse, she was very responsive and so helpful with additional assistance in arranging a special flower delivery for a family celebration, photographer and excursions for our family. Villa staff were very attentive and cared about little details to make us feel at home. We look forward to returning. Pura Vida!

3 nights

Beautiful house, well furnished and maintained. Air conditioning throughout the house, comfortable beds, ample towels available and good laundry area. This area is a bit more pricey than some of the other areas we stayed in and that’s why I put it as 4 star instead of 5. That being said, the beach is beautiful with black sand and definitely worth experiencing.
