“This is a basement unit. While it was not an issue environmentally, it was a bit of a hassle for load in load out. Clean and convenient for what we were doing.”

“Nice bright, clean, cozy home.”

“À notre arrivée vers 19h00 (plus ou moins), le bureau était fermé et personne pour nous accueillir. Pourant il était écrit "ouvert" et qu'l fallait sonner. Ce fut une très triste expérience. Malheureusement !!! J'étais obligé de chercher un autre hôtel dans une ville que je connais pas. C'est la première fois que j'ai rencontré une telle situation. “Older hotel but freshly renovated. We were there for a wedding and the staff was great. One small little snafu with room cards, but they were quickly on and resolved all issues. Great breakfast at the attached restaurant. Thank you to the staff for a great stay!”

“Newly renovated rooms - very nice and clean. No breakfast there because of renovation work (if I understood it correctly). We drove to The Bagel Factory on London road instead, and had breakfast bagels there (very good).”

“No staff in the lobby to check in, waited then had to call the emergency line for someone to come. We had a conjoined room with strangers, who had a large dog barking all evening and past 3am. Staff did nothing. Neighbours were loud and slamming doors all night. Smoke detector was broken, found half behind a random full size fridge that was blocking the shared door. No garbage in the bathroom. Old toilet paper roll sitting in the bathroom shelf that wasn’t cleaned. No plug for the bath tub....

“The room was not clean the first night. They moved me to a cleaner room the next day. On the third and fourth days, they didn't have clean water because they had turned off the water. I was unable to use the showers or hot tub in the evenings for three of the five days I stayed. They were considerate in trying to help, but they didn't notify me that they were shutting off the water and didn't provide much ulternative solutions. I was not happy about paying to have limited use of the full room. ”
