“It is everything listed! The only issue may be how steep the stairs are, but this is not unusual on Hydra or in Greece for that matter. Things are built upward, not outward so there are usually steep stairs at hotels and even restaurants. I only mention it if you have older or weaker members, they may not be able to use the upstairs. My wife and I had no problems though and we're well over 50! Rania is very easy to work with and attentive! Definitely a great place to stay!”

“We had a great stay on Hydra, Greece. This accommodation was just right for our family - a very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The island of Hydra is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. We arrived early (before check-in time) and she allowed us to leave all of our luggage in the apartment while they finished cleaning.”

“This was such a great place to stay. About 50 yard walk to the sandy beach and the town with shops and restaurants is maybe another 100 yds. Great view and pool was really nice. It doesn't call it out, but it does share the pool with the house to the right as you face the pool. Wasn't a problem as the people were super nice and we really didn't have any overlap issues.”

“Wonderful home in a great location on a small, easy island. House is fantastic—clean, spacious, well-apppointed. Amazing views, beautiful pool, great kitchen. Six minute walk to Marathonas beach for swimming, restaurants, good grocery store. Adventurous, fun walk or 10 minute taxi ride to Perdika or Aegina port town. “We were met by Manos and Beverly who escorted us to our apartment letting us know local information along the way - best supermarket, best restaurants, best beaches etc. They introduced us to the neighbour who quickly gave us some cucumbers for dinner. “It is Hydra, and there are some steps to be climbed to get to it either on foot or by donkey, but our kind host Theodora has a gem of a property at which to stay close to town. It is very neat and clean, with a little inner courtyard for eating dinner and visiting with friends, and a roof top area that can be climbed via a narrow stair case with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and Hydra Town. “Great place, to put it simple! We had the Executive and it was worth it, nice big terrasse with view over the village and some sea views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Breakfast was available in the fridge, like cheese, greek yougurt etc and the friendly guy who picked us up at the ferry came with bread each morning. The only strange thing was the warm water, we never got it right so showering was a short joy. But that was just a minor thing, in all we sure recommend this...

“We spent a few nights at Ela Mesa. The place is clean and nice with a few nice swimming pools. As a family the restrictions to be quiet at certain times around the pool area where not ideal since our kids love swimming and love water. So I would recommend this hotel more as a hotel for couples without children. The breakfast is good and satisfactory. The AC works fine and the room was according to specification. Wifi works fine. ”

Great stay in Hydra
"Great place, to put it simple! We had the Executive and it was worth it, nice big terrasse with view over the village and some sea views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.
