“We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time.”

“This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. “We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. “The house is wonderful. It was too big for the 2 of us. Nice location to do things we wanted to do. It was chilly in the house as the heat was not an option. The weather was cooler than normal. We did get a response and were able to do temporary heat test which helped but only lasted a short amount of time. There was half of a burrito left in the microwave. “Had an awsome weekend with my family at this property. Very convient location and we were able to get to the beach within a short time. There was lots to do close by with all kind of restaurants. “It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in.
