“We got there after midnight and were afraid we couldn't get in. We called the number on the door and got instructions to get in a room. It was clean and well-supplied. We had access to a full kitchen and only saw 2 other people. It was a quick stop, but exactly what we needed!”

“New guesthouse very comfortable in this small village. Only problem is that booking with hotels.com, I was not provided with the entry code, the room numbers, the room codes and not even a correct phone number… arriving late in the rain with tired kids was not pleasant. Somehow guests opened to us and gave us a number to call.”

It was the only spacious room we had during our 10 days in iceland, and it was very comfortable. We had dinner in the onsite restaurant, and it was delicious. We were the only guests for dinner that night, so we had a chance to talk with the owner and ask questions about the area.
