"This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The building is worn out and in serious need of maintenance. When we arrived, we were told the elevator was out of service, and the staff just said, “We’re not responsible,” with no help at all. What saved the situation was the amazing hotel manager. He noticed how upset I was, and immediately ran down to the garage and carried our luggage himself. The 3 stars are only for the manager’s professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself is old, poorly maintained, and lacking in basic guest service."
