“We loved the little cottage-like apartment! Our family of 5 fit nicely (our 1yo was in a pack n play) and it had all the amenities we needed. The garden was lovely and the apartment was clean. It was a block away from Forsyth Park which has a playground for the kids and nearby coffee for the adults. We would absolutely stay here again—we had a wonderful stay in Savannah and a large part was due to this apartment!”

“We loved everything about this property. It was clean. The small kitchen was stocked with everything, even though we only used the water kettle. There is even a washer and dryer, which was convenient on this rainy weekend. We found street parking right outside the lane and after 5pm on Friday it was free. You're only steps from Forsyth Park and minutes from downtown. I would definitely recommend!!”

“Quaint coach house in the heart of Savannah historical district. One block Forsyth Park and just under a mile to River St. totally walkable if you are looking to get some steps in. We had a comfortable two day stay. The description says it all.”

“We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Its small but very accommodating. Close enough to walk to everything. If i had any suggestions it would be tidy up the little shared patio and maybe not run the ionizer(luckily i had some air freshener in my car to kill the smell) Maybe some form of plug-in would be better. The apartment was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and communication was top notch. If we visit savannah again we will probably try to get the same place. We stayed 5 nights and loved it.”

“This was a great location for us. The space was comfortable for us and our two dogs. Wish there had been grass or gravel in the yard and not dirt. When it rained it was a muddy mess taking the dogs out. Management was very responsive when our washer did not work and allowed us to use the washer in another unit. Requested cleaning supplies from maintenance man and he brought me some so I could clean the floors. Much appreciated!”

“We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable...except for the pillows...We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaints were a full size mirror would have been great to have and the shower curtain wasnt big enough (cold air got in) ”

“Loved the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place. It really was loud but anywhere near Broughton is going to be that way. The noise was was not a particular problem for us. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly. ”
