Modern Apartment w/ Amazing Downtown Location by Lucky Savannah

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

This unique basement apartment offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The four bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment for a quiet night's rest and have wall-mounted smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions: bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more are all within easy walking distance.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Great for adults on the go

Very clean. Definitely a bunker, below street level, no windows. Management was great and responsive. Location was fantastic. We could easily get everywhere in 10-15 minutes. We had 6 women and there were only 5 coffee cups. There were no shower shelves so you had to put everything on the floor. There was no shower mat/foot towel so we used an extra body towel. We noticed not all remotes had batteries and there was no paper towels upon arrival. In most of the rooms you could hear the water running for the entire building. It was listed that it had a porch or deck or rooftop access and we were told the rooftop is no longer accessible. It was a great stay for people on the go, but not something I'd suggest for a family with kids. Also, since it was below street level, calls were spotty but internet was decent.

Perfect Location, Poorly Equipped

The condo was in a great location. Centrally located to shopping, the riverfront, and restaurants. The basement condo made it easy to sleep in. The condo slept eight, but did not have ample living space or seating for eight. The living room and dining room sat eight into total. The dining room table sat four and the living room has four chairs and is very tight to get around. We stayed during Thanksgiving. The kitchen is poorly equipped. There were two butter knives in total. The other knives in the house could not even cut open a plastic bag. There were no pot holders, kitchen towels or a colander. There were two wine glasses and four drink glasses.

From photos & description we did not realiize our particular unit was completely below ground with no windows & only the staircase leading up to exit glass door for natural light. Also some bedooms did not have working smoking detectors Lucky Savannah management website, app and individuals i spoke with were all very helpful

Very Nice

We came into town for my daughter’s wedding at the civic center and this place kept us from having to rent a car or Uber. It is literally within walking distance of EVERYTHANG!!! Place was nice and clean just as described. Will definitely book again if they would have us.

Unbeatable Location & Excellent Rooftop

We were able to walk to many parks including Forsyth, CVS, Parkers, River Street, the Civic Center, and so much more. We cooked each night on the rooftop and had access to more than enough food choices for every other meal. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of cooking utensils.

A Graduation Weekend

I loved that we could enter from the outside, however we were in the basement and heard water running through the pipes. We had elders in our group so the stairs were too much for them. No windows and no balcony. So good place to eat, sleep, and be in the social district, but not to hangout in the loft. The rooftop was awesome, great views and vibes. Will I stay again, not were we were located in the building, it felt like a renovated office building converted into a dormitory for college kids vs the mature crowd.
