“Was there for my granddaughters dance competition loved the Convention Center and resort being attached. My biggest complaint is the fact I had to call each day to get cleaning staff to clean room even though I was assured the room would be cleaned daily. On our last full day I came back and forth to the room on several occasions and saw multiple cleaners on floor but our room was never cleaned that day. We had no clean towels and trash cans full. I feel for the price of the stay and fact I had...

“We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

“We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens). For a holiday, it didn't feel overly busy and there was always space at the pool, bike rentals, and parking. The grills are maintained extremely well and someone is always cleaning them. The front lobby workers were always super nice. The rooms were spacious and kept up. The beds were super comfortable. “Everything we needed was provided in the unit. It rained our entire trip, so having some indoor amenities at the property was good. Unit is right in front of the pool, so at times it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from our experience. ”
