“Gorgeous property. All the charm of a French house with clean & modern facilities. Pool was perfect with the most stunning views. Supermarket a short drive and bakery across the road (although sadly closed for our stay). Extremely friendly & helpful hosts. Can't recommend highly enough! ”

“Très bon séjour de passer à Plazac dans un logement avec une belle vue, une piscine privée, au calme vraiment très agréable. Dans le logement il ne manque rien, tout est pensé pour nous faciliter le séjour. ”

“Une superbe maison offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Même en été, la maison reste à la bonne température. Pour les plus sensibles, une clime est dispo dans toute la maison. Les équipements sont nombreux et en adéquation avec le nombre de lits. Nathalie & Pascal sont très accueillants et font preuve de souplesse ce qui est un plus quand on est en vacances et peut-être un peu moins organisé que d’habitude. Maison au calme et sans vis-à-vis ce qui permet de profiter...

“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gerralda et Remco qui nous réservé le meilleur accueil dans leur gite. La salle de bain n'est pas aussi spacieuse et confortable que les autres pièces, mais l’aménagement extérieur est venu compensé cette petite déception et l'ombre du tilleul et la piscine ont très agréablement agrémentés nos vacances en famille.Encore merci Remco et Gerralda pour avoir gentiment répondu à nos demandes.”

In the evening a rat like dog came in the garden to bark at us soon accompanied by its owner who claimed to be the owner sister living the house next door. The second day as we were in the swimming pool the same story repeated. The third day guess what ? Again ! "I was traveling with my family — two adults and two small children (a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old) — and booked a double room, as I’ve done many times in other hotels without issue. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that having four people in a double room was not allowed. I calmly explained that we had never encountered this policy before and asked why we would need to pay for an extra bed, especially since our baby doesn’t even use one. The receptionist was unwilling to listen, and instead called the manager several times. While we waited, another guest walked into the lobby, and the receptionist began openly complaining about us. I found this behavior completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked to cancel the reservation so we could go elsewhere, but the manager told us that a refund was not possible. As a compromise, he agreed not to charge for the baby and waived breakfast charges for our toddler. Left with no alternative, we stayed for one night. Do yourself a favor: choose a different hotel with better customer service and flexibility — especially if you’re traveling with small children. "
