We booked this stay for our wedding weekend and it did not disappoint! Beautiful property that sits high up on the hill. Lots of space for family to kick back, with a full kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, and an amazing wrap around porch to sip tea or coffee out on in the early morning.Highly recommend to any and all!”

“Perfect house in the country”

“We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. ”

“This is a great cabin to rent. Very clean on the inside. Next to a pond, where you can hear frogs and birds. It’s located within 10-15 mins of civilization, if you need supplies or want to see sights. I’d highly recommend. ”

“The cabin was exactly what we were hoping to find, very secluded yet close to everything we were planning to do. Very comfortable and with all the extra little touches that made it feel homey. We loved sitting and watching all of the wildlife around the bird feeder each morning while having breakfast. Phyllis was very accommodating and really goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect!”

“Beautiful, new, sparking clean log cabin home in a shady lot on a easy access country lane. Convenient quick access to scenic highway I-86, 390. Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.”

“Great area close to nearby essential if needed.Peaceful,good view of stars at night.Plenty of wood was cut and dry under some trees next to cabin to keep fire going.Pond has alot of frogs, kept daughter busy.Inside was clean and had fresh linens pillows and towels.Easy nights rest ! Would recommended! Great hosts.Nobody bothered us!! ”
