“Staff is extremely courteous and kind. Rooms were clean and very aesthetic. It is a hidden gem in morjim. Location is very near to the beach and peaceful too. Comfortable stay over all.”

“Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay.”

“Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Restraunt great choice of food. Pool cleaned everyday. Only fault with Expedia they only offer 1 type of room at the back of property overlooking a very busy road , have to pay supplement to change room.”

“From Day1 upon checking till the exit after 4 days it was a very bad experience staying here. Power outages, AC not working, No hot water geyser. TV not working. The list is endless. Would not recommend this place to anyone. ”
