The television was left with German speaking but a tv guy was there within an hour and sorted it for us. I have a mobility problem over the last few years and this was the first pool since then that I was able to get in and out of. The villa and the pool are spotless. The house is really great and well maintained.The handling at check in was perfect.Just be aware that the house is at the top of the mountain.... you really need a car and it is a 35-40 minute drive to Malaga.But the view is unique up there!You can totally enjoy the peace and quiet!”

“The property is in a quiet, secluded location very close to the beach. It is quite far away from any stores and you need a car to get to the nearest supermarket. But the view is absolutely stunning and house has got everything you need. Also, there are some very beautiful hiking trails nearby. ”

“Top! Vriendelijk ontvangst door Rosa. Konden in overleg wat eerder in de accomodatie. Dat was erg prettig met onze peuter. Keurig schoon allemaal. Prachtige plek met geweldig uitzicht op het stadje. Aangenaam zwembad en verschillende zitjes rondom de villa. Veel schaduwplekken en meer dan genoeg inventaris aanwezig (handdoeken, servies, shampoo e.d.).Veel te doen in de buurt. Perfecte ligging voor dagtrips naar een stad. ”

Auf der Terrasse alles voller Katzenkot bei der Ankunft, rostigen Nägel verstreut,kein Licht im Kühlschrank, Abfluss Küche verstopft, Insektengitter defekt Klimaanlage tropft Kondenswasser,um das Haus herum Müll,Baumschutt.Besteck uralt Teller verschmutzt Laken und Handtücher gelb,waren mal weiß.Alle Ecken schmutzig hinter den Türen.Mit Kindern nicht zu laufen da kein gesicherter Gehweg.Agressive Hunde im direkten Umfeld. Sehr steiler Zugang...

“Von der Vorbereitung bis zur Ankunft hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist älteren Baujahrs mit urigen alten Holztüren, Schränken und Truhen aber hgleichzeitig ausgestattet mit allem, was das moderne Leben angenehm macht. Wir haben viel Zeit am und im Haus verbracht und meistens selbst gekocht, da es schwer sein dürfte, ein Restaurant mit dieser traumhaften Aussicht zu finden. Der Pool war das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i" und lud zur Abkühlung ein. Die Sonne ging hinter den Bergen unter, dafür...

The hosts were very helpful and kindly left some welcome treats for our arrival. Thanks for a peaceful, sunny, restful holiday.”

“We rented the house for 4 weeks and we loved it. It was very clean and nice. We loved the pool! Lovely to hike up the mountain and also nice to have lunch down at the restaurant by the road. It is close to the sea and close to the nice town of Velez-Malága. Communication with Rosa was also very easy and pleasant. We would love to return!”
