“The house is exactly like the pictures!! Very, very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Sheets super soft. Pool is clean and refreshing. A little off the beaten path but a golf cart rental solved that problem and added fun. The host organized transport to and from the airport and assisted with the golf cart rental. ”

“The property was gorgeous and clean. Tucked away from the rest of the town for the most part. Walking distance to everything, as advertised.Only issue was there were no garbage bags, but the groundskeeper helped us with that. ”

“Great stay. Spacious apartment, super quiet neighborhood, great location. Really quick walk to all the good stuff, including the beach. Basic amenities, everything worked out well, and would definitely stay again! ”

“We loved this place! It’s located in a local neighborhood with a short walk to town. We loved the pool and roof top deck, the place was immaculate. We were only staying one night in Sayulita and didn’t need the kitchen, but we were grateful for the full size refrigerator and amenities. We will definitely come back!”

“Ugly neighborhood but once in, a fantastic place. It was small but ok! The location is close to all. The pool area is dantastic and expised to full sun. I am hoping that something bigger is also available to rent. Perjaps a one or even two bedroom. It was right next to our all time favorite place to order chicken. I have know the owner for years. “I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!”

“We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay”

“Overall everything was great. We had a small issue with the toilet not working but our guy Sergio had it taken care of right away. The last 24 hours there was a strange water gurglung sound coming from the ceiling but if you were up dancing to the loud music then you wouldnt have heard it. Overall its still a great place. Second time staying here.Pool on the roof is awsome.”

"We wanted to mix luxury resorts in Puerta Vallarta with a bit more relaxed vibes in Sayulita. Not only through a day visit but for a few nights. Based on good reviews and a nice price offer from Hotels.com we opted for Ximena. It lived up to all expectations. Good location on walking distance from the beaches. Very nice staff and with good command of English. Clean and modern rooms with good AC and a little fridge. Roof top pool is not big but not the smallest we’ve seen either. We were almost the only guests using it and then the size was no issue at all. Towels provided for the pool. And a big plus, towels for the beach was also provided by the hotel!! No meal service at the hotel, but no problem to find breakfast close by. If looking for good morning cappuccino there is a nice place a few blocks down the road, same side as the hotel across from the big sports bar and next to the veterinary. We mixed very relaxed dinners on no name places with a more fancy option at Don Pedros, well worth a few extra pesos. Uber from the airport to Ximena cost us MXP 890. No problem to find uber for the return to PV."
