“The house was wonderful and the photos accurate. Easy to communicate and gain entry when we arrived. Beds were comfy and water available always. We experiences a bit of septic smell, but this seemed to be more of a city problem then a house issue. Overall a great place.”

“This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! “The property was perfect for our extended family. We had 10 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room for everyone. We hosted a Welcome Party for 100 people in the event space. Although it was a bit of a steep walk or ride to get to the house and the upper garden, the views were incredible! “Because of the 5 separate casitas, we booked for 10 people and it was perfect. The casita on the 2nd floor was the default hangout area as it was the largest. The roof was also a fun hang. We didn't spend much time at the pool together as we were busy in town but as many reviews say, the pool is small but still plenty big. Location was peaceful without neighborly noise. Only sounds you’ll hear are the ocean waves breaking on the shoreline. Brief 15 minute walk into downtown, or do as we did and just rent a golf cart. “A family wedding brought us to Sayulita.. The Buddha Villa was so much more than we expected! Spacious, comfortable & authentic! Ideal downtown location!! Sandra prepared the most perfect breakfast & dinners! I admit, being downtown meant extra noise , however we managed the nighttime karaoke with a white noise app on my iPhone. “Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that.”

“We had an unfortunate incident of robbery while we were out on our first night. Regardless of the negative start, we are grateful for the prompt assistance of the hosts. Pre-arrival, the property manager helped booked 2 meals with an on-site chef & massages. Due to the robbery, we expressed no longer being able to afford the services.
