“Very nice hotel, clean rooms great amenities!”

“Clean and quiet. Beds comfortable”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed several times and will look forward to doing so again should I need to travel that way. Good rates.”

“Our room was not clean…. We even found men’s boxers in bath room on the floor and our room door didn’t work on our room. Not impressed and we got charged more that we were told!!”

“Room is not clean properly. Floor carpets have bad smell and vacuum properly. I took my children there from Canada mainly because of their indoor water park but they did construction in the day time while they could easily do it at night or early morning. My children could use it only one day out of 4 days stay.Cost of suite doesn’t make sense compared with the condition, accommodation and facilities. Heating system is not upgraded, too much noise.”

“I’m a light sleeper so to me, the heater sounded too loud so I turned it off. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. The place is old and rundown but the laundry was clean and I just needed a place to sleep. I was at the far end and people were making too much noise coming and going, including at 2:30 am. It almost sounded like a dryer door getting opened and slammed shut but that might have been the exit door.”

“Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was...

“Everything was top class including the breakfast. The only down was sound of next door loud voice entering my room.”
