âStayed at here before as is prefect location in center of Scarborough with many areas within easy walking distance. Lovely hotel with staff second to none. Reasonable prices despite height of summer season and can get extremely busy. Parking can be a pain but other than that⊠highly recommended â
âWhat a lovely hotel. We stayed in a different one around the corner the night before and what a difference our stay here was. Staff friendly, accomodation and nothing was too much trouble! The food was beautifully cooked! Homemade nom nom. We were made to feel welcome and will be going back with our little boy for sure!

âRebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need sheâs there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!â

The room was spacious clean and had everything we needed the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful
The live entertainment in the pub was great and it finished promptly at 11pm so we could go straight to bed after and even though the pub shuts at 12 we couldn't hear anything in the room xxxxxâ
âAll in all very good.surprisingly quiet.Very spacious.Great location.Caters for vegetarian and dairy free diet.Towels could do with replacing,not very soft....other than that highly recommendable at a decent price,too!â
âJonathan couldn't be more helpful. Slight issue with noisy residents but Jonathan soon sorted that out too. Rooms were clean and well laid out. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Only issue I had with my room was no curtains at the window so it was light at 4.30 which made sleep difficult. But a very pleasant stay and literally 2 minutes walk to the main shopping and dining areas including theatre and train station. Steady walk downhill to the sea and for us oldies an Uber back up there road to...

"The reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though:

- a couple that he helped before me got to check in.
