âThe hotel staff made the holiday, nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and helpful, had good local knowledge of interesting places to visit too. The room had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to, it was warm, clean and comfortable. â

âThis hotel was very convenient for the weekend while I was at Oliver's Mount watching the racing. Prices were reasonable. My room was very clean. There is only one lift in this hotel. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff customer service skills were Great . This hotel does have a resturant for evening meals. They also have a bar. This hotel is only a 10 minutes walk from the train station. This hotel is only a 5 minute walk into the town centre. This hotel is family - friendly. I would...
âHad a lovely stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We booked this accommodation due to its close proximity to the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and would 100% come back here again if we go to another concert there đâ
âAll in all very good.surprisingly quiet.Very spacious.Great location.Caters for vegetarian and dairy free diet.Towels could do with replacing,not very soft....other than that highly recommendable at a decent price,too!â
âWhilst the decor was a little dated our stay was great. Staff helpful and friendly.
You can't get breakfast at The Maynard but their sister hotel on the corner was just minutes away, and you got a discount for being guests at The Maynard.
Staff/Service excellent.
The only thing i would say is my friend was unable to take a bath or shower as there was not a slip mat to assist in their safety.â

âHad a great stay great room arrived early and was able to get our room owner is great as are all the staff
We parked at multi story car park just across the road palm court ÂŁ12.50 for 24hrs
Unfortunately we has to leave a day early but

âGreat location, fab pool and jacuzzi, sadly steam room not open. Wonderful games room. Quality breakfast and to end the stay the best afternoon tea 'sunday roast style'. Will definitely return.â

âThe reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though:
- he didn't even check.
- a couple that he helped before me got to check in.
- when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied...

âThe hotel was probably very nice 100 years ago. It is still charming but in need of A total renovation. The hotel is old, worn and neglected, but unfortunately the rooms are also dirty. Cobwebs and dust. Torn sheets and flies in the bathroom. It smells more or less everywhere. Unfortunately there is a lot of seagulls that pooped down the windows and they have nests outside. Nice and helpful staff in the reception, especially Barbara. The breakfast was not great. Manny who lived at the hotel...
