The house is about a 20 minute walk from the train station or 5 minutes in a taxi. There are also buses to Whitby and Filey.
Walking is especially easy and most attractions can be reached on foot within 30 minutes or less.
A lovely stroll around the North Marine Road will take you to the South Bay and all the attractions there.
If you like a good hike, the stunning cliff top walks along the Cleveland Way are near by. Walk North to Whitby or South to Filey, then catch a bus back to Scarborough.
