Sleeping up to 8 guests, you’ll have full access to the house which includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cosy living room, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen.



The Space:

Clifton House has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with premium furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautiful living room which includes a velvet sofa, two feature chairs, a rattan seat and a flat screen TV. Continue through to the rear of the space and you’ll find the dining area. With a large dining table and seating for up to 8 guests, it’s perfect for enjoying meals with your loved ones.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals easily during your stay.



There is also a shower room located on the ground floor with a WC and basin.



Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find a master bedroom, second bedroom and family bathroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and the second room is a twin. Spacious and modern, the bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.



On the second floor, you’ll find a further king bedroom and twin bedroom. With sloped ceilings and skylight windows, the bedrooms are tranquil and cosy.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



There are a number of pay and display car parks in Scarborough and options will be sent to you prior to your arrival date.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the centre of Scarborough, Clifton House is just a short walk to all of the attractions. Packed with seaside charm, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours. There are a number of beaches for you to choose from. The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel. Lastly Cornelian Bay is the remotest and hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty. Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family. Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history. If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, The Open Air Theatre is a short 20 minute walk from the house where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians. There is also the Sky Trail Adventure and Peasholm Park nearby.



Getting Around:

Clifton House is within walking distance of all that Scarborough has to offer and within 1 hours’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey.



Scarborough Train Station is a short 10 minute walk away and has routes to Filey, Bridlington, Liverpool and Sheffield.



There are plenty of bus routes throughout Scarborough. Hop on the 12 route and you can visit neighbouring seaside spots of Filey and Bridlington. The X93 travels through to Middlesbrough with drop offs in Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby.
