Welcome to Scarborough Sanctuary. Our newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is nestled in the heart of Scarborough, Maine, where coastal serenity meets modern comfort. Within easy access of the local attractions, our home will serve as your quiet retreat after a day of play on the coast of Maine and promises an unforgettable getaway for families and friends alike.

Please note that tenants occupy the lower level and garage apartment of our home. Rest assured, Scarborough Sanctuary offers ample privacy and security with separate entrances and dedicated parking for guests.

Scarborough Sanctuary comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or close friends. The 1st bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, full closets, a Roku TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers a full size bed and is conveniently located just one door down from the home’s full bathroom.

☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆

There are two full bathrooms, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The 1st full bathroom has a combination shower and tub. It is conveniently located just steps from both bedrooms and is easily accessible for the guests staying in the home. The 2nd full bathroom, attached to the master bedroom, is well equipped and boasts a stand-up shower. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a unique eat-in option as an attachment to the island can be wheeled out to accommodate all 4 guests.

The living area is situated just off of the kitchen and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Sink into the plush sofa in the living area, where you can curl up with a good book or simply gaze out the window at the tranquil views. Large windows bathe the space in natural light, allowing you to feel connected to the beauty of the outdoors.

The outdoor area of our home offers a serene and calming setting to kick off your day with your favorite cup of coffee or unwind after a day at the beach with a glass of wine. Simply walk out the front door and enjoy.

My wife and I booked this to bring our 13 month old and some other close friends for a weekend getaway. The property was clean, good size for the 5 of us, and fully equipped. Bayley's ice cream is within walking distance as well. It's nice being able to enjoy cooking meals and spend quality time in a home where you can play games versus a hotel. The beds are comfortable and everything was working fine.We had no problems communicating with the owner and everything was professional.

We had a wonderful trip to Maine and this home made it easy for us to relax & unwind. I loved that it was private, yet close to everything we needed and not far from beaches, great restaurants and ice cream, and easy access to the highway. RJ was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be back!

This place is overall fine. It's in a quiet neighborhood, is spacious and is driveable to area attractions. Our biggest gripes were what seemed like construction dust everywhere, and the fact that the towels were stained and smelled mildewy. To be a little nitpicky, it was kind of bare bones, like only one tiny nightstand and no lamps, just super bright overheads, so getting kids settled was a little difficult. Still, I've definitely stayed in worse places, so it was okay overall.
