âThis is such a fabulous friendly relaxing place to stay :) The staff were lovely, and the food was excellent; we have food allergies, and the restaurant staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our assistance dog was given a toy on arrival - it's definitely recommended for people wanting to take their dog on holiday with them. We had a stunning sea view from our room too - the beach is literally less than 5 minutes away. We will be back - nothing but praise for this lovely place.â

âBeautiful sea view. Only one small suggestion is the room was incredibly hot despite the small fan provided so some type of air con would be amazing. â
âHad a lovely stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We booked this accommodation due to its close proximity to the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and would 100% come back here again if we go to another concert there đâ
âGreat location, fab pool and jacuzzi, sadly steam room not open. Wonderful games room. Quality breakfast and to end the stay the best afternoon tea 'sunday roast style'. Will definitely return.â

âThe reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though:
- he didn't even check.
- a couple that he helped before me got to check in.
- when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied...
âAll in all very good.surprisingly quiet.Very spacious.Great location.Caters for vegetarian and dairy free diet.Towels could do with replacing,not very soft....other than that highly recommendable at a decent price,too!â

âClean, spacious property with two ample bedrooms, a large lounge and a well equipped kitchen on one floor and a toilet and shower room (with a good shower) on the floor below.
Nice touches included a bottle of milk in the fridge and charging points at both sides of the comfy bedsâ

I think I misunderstood arrangements for breakfast,( I was a room only booking) I thought I could go to restaurant and pay for a meal, there and then but not so?
Really nothing to to complain about! I enjoyed my short stay and hope to return before too long. Any Staff I met ( with one exception) were cheerful and helpful! Thank You Folks! â
