“I asked the host how much to check in early and she didn’t charge me anything and told me that I can come as early as I wanted! The place was nice and close to everything.”

“We had a nice stay with our family at the condo. Excellent communication with the property manager and anytime something happened they would check in. The Edgewater facility has made updates to make it nicer. A few things to note is I believe the owner might have a dog, there is dog hair in the cushions of the furniture so if you’re allergic be mindful. ”

“Condo very clean, comfortable and beautiful decor, very quite inside . You do hear loud cars at night in master bedroom as it is on back of condo streetside , my husband wears ear plugs , it didnt bother me though. The balcony overlooking the gulf has very nice and comfortable furniture. Everything works as it should. . We loved our stay, loved the view, loved the secure access to beach and pool . Very easy comunication before arrival and after leaveing condo. We look forward to...

“I went to room 207 with my girlfriend and came back engaged to her! The view is amazing. White sand , emerald water that turns clear when you enter it. We went in April and the beach had plenty of room, not crowded at all, very private. The bbq was convenient and in good order. Overall we were pleased with our stay and the access to the beach. We plan on returning in the future!”

“Great play to stay, easy walking distance to beaches. My only complaint is there was only enough dishwashing and laundry detergent for 1 load. 2 rolls of toilet paper provided and 1 single garbage bag. Bring your own things and otherwise wonderful place.”

For most, that wouldn't be an issue, but my sister just had a hip replacement so it was a very long walk for her. We had to drive to park near a closer unit and walk from there.
