“Stay was great! Communication was clear and prompt from check in to check out. Property managed by Vacasa which allows for easy communication if you were to need anything. We had everything we needed minus a few conveniences. Location was perfect for walking to the beach or shops/restaurants. Golf carts allowed/available for rent. Parking on site available. ”

“Amazing property, great location, some view of the ocean is a positive. The only downside was the couch and chair were really uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful.”

“The property was as nice as expected, only a couple things to note. The dishwasher was extremely loud, and the door handle to balcony needs to be replaced. The hot tub was not working and under repair. Other than that it was great, planning on booking it again next spring. Thank you!!”

“It was a great stay and would definitely stay again! The location was ideal and the condo very clean and nice. The biggest suggestions would be to update the stickers on the oven dials bc we couldn’t tell what was high and low and to update some kitche. Utensils/pans. I actually bought a new pan and left it there so others can enjoy. ”

“I would like to make 1 suggestion. I suggest that there be an extra set or 2 of slip covers for the sofas to be washed and switched out with each stay as you would do bed linens. Fresh clean slip covers would have made the stay a 10/10. I wasn't able to sit on the couch due to the stains and hair left from previous guest. Other than that i would highly recommend and i would return for another stay!”

“Had a great time. Pool was the highlight for my grandchildren. The hot tub was the adults favorite. The home was beautiful, plenty of room, and located close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg. Love it, will stay again”

“Great location and area. Good pool, great restaurant. 2 minutes to a beautiful beach. The unit itself is run down. Lights flickering, not overly clean. Cabinets new but the rest is in need of a renovation.”

“Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch. ”
