“Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. “Wendy & Gary are the most gracious hosts! Their guest cottage is spectacular! I felt like a queen for 5 days. My son loved the upstairs suite all to himself while I enjoyed the spacious and beautifully appointed first floor. The cottage was clean, wonderfully decorated and well thought out. The proximity to the beach is perfect for taking your family and using some of the many beach items available on property. There are so many restaurants near by and entertainment options. “We always stay this neighborhood because it gives the feeling of being secluded at the beach, which is hard to find on 30A. The area is convenient to the beach, all that 30A has to offer and quick trip out to HWY 98. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! The communication with the host was great!We will certainly stay again!”

“The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We experienced a shower that had extreme temperature changes every time we tried to shower. The tv signal was spotty and would freeze. Bathroom electrical socket cover fell off as soon as we tried to plug something into it. So I got ready in the living space. Overall the hosts had been out of the country so had not been able to check properly before we arrived and said would fix for future guests ”
