“The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. And...

“The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better”
