“Very efficient. Everything was clean and what we expected for a one-night stay. Comfortable room (the Prince Solms), nice, dark curtains for sleeping in. A note - check-in is done via email and you are given a code to your room. We didn't need anything from staff, so we never saw them. Worked well for us.”

“We were really surprised upon our arrival to the loft that my husband reserved. I usually make the reservations and we stay in a smaller room. However, he said the price was the same for the room as it was for the loft. Everything was exceptional! We were able to walk down to the river and walk around downtown. The room itself was extremely clean and looked brand new. We had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, a balcony that overlooked the river and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms....

“Stayed in a room at the front of the property which we were told by a particularly uninterested member of staff at the reception desk was a quiet room. The hotel us close to a major road and the traffic noise was overpowering. The bli d fitted to window did nothing to external light. Tried to call reception from the room but the phones appeated to be switched off. We cancel our second night and moved elsewhere.”
