Lovely, quiet apartment! My dog and I very much enjoyed being just a bit removed from downtown Saratoga, and yet still close enough that going out to eat or other activities weren’t a hassle. The hosts were lovely and easy to communicate with.

It was a beautiful location very close to Saratoga. The apartment was clean and served us well. My dog LOVED running around the two huge fields hunting rabbits! The stairwell leading to the apartment made you realize you were above of barn.

This place was perfect to stay with dogs; it’s such a large property with plenty of space for them to get exercise. It was a great location, and a well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the laundry, and the home away from home feel.

Superb communication. Spotless accommodations and everything you need in a one-bedroom apartment. Large balcony, easy stairs/secure. We have been going here for the last 5 years, and they never miss a thing. Information about the area also.

Picturesque for a fall visit!

Perfect little spot for my little family including the dog! We were visiting family in the area. A pretty spot to rest in between visits.

Dan was great with all correspondence, replying quickly to any questions. The house was extremely clean and very well kept. I loved the privacy and the country setting while still being close to the city. I’m looking forward to renting from him again.

Country Quiet

Every Spring we stay here for a weekend. Quiet, exceptionally clean and serene. Close to everything. We go to the diner down the street, casino, car museum, and enjoy the beautiful area. It's close enough and yet far enough for us.

We had been here a couple of years earlier and much enjoyed it. The fields behind the house are lovely and the dogs loved them. Easy access to Saratoga and all it offers.

Great place to stay

The property was relaxing, and the fields were great for walking the dog. The apartment was very clean and a great place to stay. There are a lot of activities in the area, including hiking, shopping, historical sites and harness racing. we highly recommend it.

Private and Pleasant

We enjoyed this country location. It was quiet and beautiful. The apartment had lots of natural light and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive to our communications.

We like farms!

Perfect for us! Super comfy bed and great amenities. Dan was able to loan a gas tank to help our daughter who was staying nearby. Extra kudos for generosity and convenience. Thank you and we hope to repeat next time we are in the area.

Very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed staying here. The apartment was the perfect size and very clean. The fields were beautiful to walk around, and I imagine even prettier when it is not raining, which unfortunately it did the entire time we were there, but still a nice visit. The only downside was how loud the furnace was when it came on, which was a bit disturbing at night when trying to sleep.

If you want a quiet, peaceful stay within 15 minutes to most activities, shops, restaurants and bars/entertainment, this is your place. Acres for our dog to run and explore. Rental was clean and well equipped. Host was available and responsive. Highly recommended.

Close to Saratoga Springs

Beautiful rural property with a lovely upstairs apartment. Great location for getting to Skidmore College and Saratoga Springs, as well as nearby historical sites. We loved using the very complete kitchen in the apartment to make our meals. Excellent communication with the property owner.

Great Rental

The rental was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. It was convenient to Saratoga Springs, attractions, and hiking trails. We had our dog with us and walked her on hiking trails in the area and the fields behind the rental. The fields were great for morning and evening walks. We enjoyed the location and the comfort of the rental. It was a great vacation for my wife and myself and our dog. We would definitely recommend this rental.
