Checkout time on the Vrbo listing was different compared to what was requested on the house rules inside the cabin. There is also a fridge so we did not need to bring our large ice chest. “The host texted at 530 am with updated entry code. Then around 800 am texted to cancel stay due to plumbing issues. We were forced to find a hotel for our one night in the area. She offered a discounted for a night at the property if we were in the area for longer. We did get full refund, since it was her that canceled at last minute. It was a inconvenience for us, fortunately there were plenty of alternatives for a rooms in the area. ”
