“We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains...

“Good facility, convenient to airport and surprisingly quiet, given it is in the flight pattern for the airport and backs up to the expressway. Didn't experience any noise while inside the property. Breakfast was adequate but the service staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Professional, friendly and extremely competent. Would recommend if you are traveling with pets as they seem to be the only hotel in the area that allows pets (with an additional deposit/fee). Only surprise we had was the $10 for...

“The room was dirty. There was a film on the mirror and the countertop in the bathroom and on the furniture surfaces in the bedroom and living area. there was no clock or tv remote for the bedroom. We used the remote for the tv in the living area in the bedroom.
One of the elevators would not work properly all the time. It would occasionally stop between floors or the doors would not open. Had to reverse direction which then seemed to correct the issue.
Cannot recommend this motel.”
