“Promo photo misleading. tiny concrete block Fireplace outside our 1bedroom unit different to photo. No firewood supplied to light up if we wanted to. The unit is only 10-15 mtr from larger rental house on property where large fire pit is!House occupied by a number of noisy intoxicated blokes who partied to early hours of the morning. Arakoon road is main road which is very busy and noisy. The unit is close to road , maybe 20 Mtr and it feels like traffic is just outside the window. Killer pond...

“The unit was great - beautiful view, very spacious and super central and easy to get everywhere. My only frustration was having to order linen from a linen hire company and make the beds. I did not realise that linen was not included in the price of the unit and had to organise linen hire last minute and pay $90 extra for linen and make the beds up myself. That was the only drawback.”

“This property description is totally and grossly misrepresented.a garage at the back of a property with the main house run down and under construction with barking dogs- no privacy at all as the house looks straight into the garage / coastal hideaway. This needs to be reviewed. No one should be renting out a place when the main address is under construction. Building works with materials being thrown from the first floor down onto where we were driving the car up to the grassed area outside...

“The price was good, the smell wasn’t. The beds sank to the slats as they were foam and felt like the needed a good wash. The garage was full of furniture that was due for the tip. Would of been nice to park a car in it. The back yard was overgrown. Could of had a better clean”

“The property is great. We had a lovely trip - so close to the beaches and shops. Large enough for two families of 4x and grandparents. The kids loved the separate sleeping area and their own kitchen. The main kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms are a good size for couples. Some feedback: the converted garage where the kids slept was so hot without a fan or air con. Also some foldable hanging racks would be really useful to use under the verandas during wet weather to dry beach...
