“Amazing service. The resort is definitely a 5 star. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was great at all the restaurants especially the steak house. The pools were so big and lots of bars available. The spa is a 5 star! My wife had a facial and I had a massage.. one of the best ever. Highly recommend”

I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know.
