“It was clean! No complaints. Keyless entree was faultless. Rooms were large and well decorated; plenty of dishes and appliances. Comfy beds, the most beautiful view of the water. We split time on both porches and I liked whichever one I was on. But I have to say - the sleeping porch was delightful. Parking was plentiful and navigating the roads uneventful. Glasgow is only 30 minutes away and has anything the nearby Dollar General cannot provide plus restaurants, Walmart, 2 IGA’s and a Foodlion....

“Pros: the beds were comfy and the place was clean. Cons: the house needed a lot of repairs. The faucet in the shower is completely broken, falls off when you try to turn it. The sink in the batroom was leaking creating a puddle on the floor. There were several areas where something was taken down from the wall and the holes or screws were still there. “This house exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. If you are going to Mammoth Cave National Park and need a well kept, spacious, and affordable place to stay, this is it. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. It is ideal for two couples. It also has a large sectional with a couple of recliners built in where one or two could sleep if needed. The kitchen has all the normal amenities, and there were plenty of spare sheets, blankets, and towels. The...
