The staircase in the building as others have mentioned does have a distinct ‘lived in’ smell, but I would absolutely not let this put you off booking this property, as it is literally only the main staircase that is affected. ”

“Hej! Vill göra er uppmärksamma på att detta hotell har kraftiga problem med mögel. Från det att man kommer in genom entren känns det fuktigt och stickande i luften samt även på rummet. En allergiker hade inte kunnat bo här, eller ens kunnat gått in genom entren. Tavlorna som hänger i entren är buktiga av fukt och har synligt mögel. Golvet i vårt rum hade mörka fläckar av fukt. I det rum vi bodde var det vattenskador i duschen och ut under golvet i köket och fram till sängen. När vi duschade...

“Lovely one bedroom apartment near Cathedral, Station, Metro and Dom Luis I Bridge. Fully equipped, air conditioned and lovely large balcony from which you could watch the world, locals and tourists going by as on 5th floor. There is a lift too. Small grocery and general purpose shops in next blicks and great tapas bar across the road. Is in busy area but double glazed and must be sound proofed as never disturbed. “The apartment itself is clean, modern and well located. The wall of windows brings in lots of light and provides guests with a stunning view. The building has seen better days. Easy walking to the old city and the riverfront. (Also close by is the funicular for an easy return up the hill from the riverfront!) All in all, I would recommend.”

“PERFECT location for walking around the old Town of Porto. Perfect instructions and easy process for entering property. There is a lift for luggage so you don't have to carry up and down the stairs. We had cold weather so very happy there were 2 separate space heaters. I love very hot showers so was very happy with the shower! Very comfy bed with extra pillows and duvet in closet. Overall this was a perfect place for exploring the area.”
