Living Area
The airy main living area features panoramic ocean views, a new 50 4K flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, comfortable chairs, and a new couch. Built-in cabinets contain an expansive selection of games and puzzles. Automated blinds make it easy to adjust the light throughout the day.
Enjoy streaming television, including live programming and sporting events through FuboTV. Sonos speakers are available in the living room and kitchen/dining area, or connect your own device via Bluetooth.

Kitchen Dining
A few steps down from the living room is the well-appointed kitchen and dining area with bar seating for four and a large harvest table. It s an inviting space for preparing meals and gathering together.

The two downstairs bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom with tub and shower. A half bathroom is located near the main living area. A laundry room is also available on the ground level.

Step outside to the ground-level courtyard and enjoy the large ocean-facing hot tub. The courtyard also features a charming bistro table and a separate enclosure for your small dog.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum of 3 vehicles at the home.
2-car garage available.
No RVs.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
