Welcome to your Sea Ranch retreat. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps up to 4 and offers sea views, a private hot tub, and easy access to trails, beaches, and the Del Mar Recreation Center.



The Space:

Designed for easy coastal living, this two-bedroom home is a comfortable base for couples or a small group. Both bedrooms feature king beds, and there are two full bathrooms for a smooth stay.

Unwind in the living areas after a day exploring the coastline, or step outside to enjoy the garden setting, sea views, and fresh ocean air. Fire up the BBQ for dinner, gather around the outdoor fire pit, and finish the evening with a soak in the private hot tub. An EV charger and DVD player add thoughtful convenience.

Important Things to Note

• Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 4 guests.

• Stairs: Stairs are required, including a spiral staircase. Due to the spiral staircase, outdoor fire pit, and roof access, this home is not recommended for children.

• WiFi/cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty.

• Parking: Parking for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be in a black zipper pouch in a central location inside the home.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One dog under 40 lbs is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. Please reach out to our Customer Care team after booking to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

• Exterior security cameras: Two exterior cameras are installed—one facing the driveway for security and one overlooking the back patio. Cameras record exterior/common areas only.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
