“Weather wasn't stellar, but this suite was clean and very private. If you're an introvert who likes a bit of nature - this basement suite is a good fit. Nancy was easy to message. The cute little deer outside was a nice birthday morning surprise :D ”

“Lou’s cabin was perfect for our family. It’s a rustic cabin with modern amenities. The back yard was very inviting and we were able to use the grill and play bocce ball. It was in town right next to an urban trail system, but still felt private. A bear walked right through the front yard one evening!”

“Richmond är trivsamt och vackert med en fin hamndel med bra restauranger och hygglig shopping. Tyvärr har kinesiska investerare köpt stora delar av husen vilket gör att det är aningen ödsligt. Om man, som vi, skall flyga nästa dag är det riktigt nära till flygplatsen (10 - 15 minuter) och det går bra att ta tåget in till Vancouver om man parkerar 5 minuter från huset.”

“Excellent hostess Lili - a wonderful Soul. The breakfasts provided delicious. The Davis Brook Retreat such a serene place for rejuvenation. We spent majority of our time on chaise lounges in the back yard listening to the song birds and wind chimes. A wee disappointment was the pool not really heated. Nowhere in website did it say pool not heated. Managed to get into pool once but not for long - rather cold. Did use hot tub once also. Overall a lovely stay. Will go again.”

“I was in town for an Alaskan cruise with my uncle. I had booked (and paid extra for) the bigger room with the sofa bed. I received instructions for after hours check-in, which had me assigned to room #1. When I showed up at 11:45pm and attempted to enter my room, it was locked. I was finally able to get the owner’s son’s attention at 12:10am only to be told that they had given my room to someone else.
