“This is a standard condo unit in one of Seabrook's villa complexes. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked. The property manager responded very quickly when we could not figure out how to open the key gizmo. The location is perfect--a short walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful water view from the deck. Nice beach lounge chairs available. Quiet area. Five to ten minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Property was clean but starting to have a bit of wear. Bathrooms looked remodeled and were nice. Kitchen was well equipped, Keurig and regular coffee maker available. Refrigerator appeared to be newer and ice maker was working well. “This was a great Condo. Very comfortable, clean. Deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a great view. Great for pet too. Senior bind dog had no issues here. Plenty of places to walk your pet safely. Convenient shopping center nearby. Very calm and relaxing community. I noticed the kitchen had new PFAS free cookware!!! Had all nice plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Everything needed to cook with, just bring your own spices.”

“This was such a great place to stay for the weekend in Seabrook! You are right by the entrance to the island so it is only a short drive or bike ride to Freshfields Village with shopping and restaurants. As I said in the title, there were a LOT of forms to sign and hoops to jump through to stay & get the parking pass, but I assume that comes with the gated community territory. Truly an amazing view out of the window, honestly couldn't get enough of it. I would definitely recommend this stay!”
